Tour Services Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Reimagine Tours® (www reimaginetours.com or subdomains by Reimagine Group). By accessing or participating in any activities, events, or services provided through these websites, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payments – Cancellation – Refunds – Chargebacks – Disputes

A. Payments:

Third-Party Booking & Payment Processing

All bookings, reservations, and payment transactions are securely managed and processed through our authorized partner, TicketingHub. By completing a purchase, you agree to both the Reimagine Tours terms and the technical processing terms of TicketingHub. Your payment information is encrypted and handled via Stripe to ensure the highest level of security.

Currency and Exchange Rates All bookings and transactions are processed in Euro (€). If you are paying from a non-Euro account (e.g., a USD bank account), your financial institution will convert the total amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Reimagine Tours is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or additional foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer. Transactions are processed in Euro (€) for customer convenience only; this does not alter the governing law of this contract, which remains exclusively with the State of Illinois, USA.

Statement Descriptor Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear as REIMAGINE TOURS (or our parent entity, REIMAGINE GROUP). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and recognize these descriptors as valid for the services rendered. Any “unrecognized charge” disputes filed against these descriptors that are found to be valid purchases will be contested using these Terms and Conditions as evidence.

B. Cancellation, Refunds, and Special CircumstancesCustomer-Initiated Cancellations: Most bookings are final. Only tours explicitly marked as “Cancellable” at the time of purchase are eligible for a refund (subject to our 24-hour policy and administrative fees). No-shows or late arrivals are 100% non-refundable.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure & Guide Availability): Reimagine Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to circumstances outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Safety & Weather: Severe weather, natural disasters, war, or security concerns.
  • Operational Issues: Sudden closures of sites (palaces, museums, etc.), strikes, or transportation disruptions.
  • Health & Emergencies: Global pandemics, wars, government restrictions, or sudden illness/injury of a guide.

Weather (Rain & Severe Conditions): Tours operate in all normal weather conditions, including light rain. In such cases, the experience will continue as planned, and your guide may adjust the route, make use of covered areas, or briefly pause where possible to ensure comfort. In the event of heavy or severe weather that impacts safety or significantly disrupts the experience, the tour may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with guest safety as the top priority.

Site Closures & Renovations: Occasionally, sections of attractions, museums, or landmarks may be closed due to maintenance, renovations, or operational decisions beyond our control. When this occurs, the tour will continue in and around the available areas, and your guide will adapt the experience accordingly to ensure you still receive a complete and engaging visit.  Partial closures do not qualify for refunds, as access limitations are determined by the venue and are outside our control.

Transportation Disruptions & Strikes: In the event of transportation disruptions or strikes, it may not be possible for the guide to reach the meeting point or for guests to arrive at the tour location. If this prevents the tour from operating, the tour will be cancelled. If the tour can still proceed, minor adjustments may be made where necessary.

Route and Itinerary Changes: Reimagine Tours reserves the right to modify tour routes, stops, or inclusions without notice based on local conditions, crowds, or safety. Such minor deviations do not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.

Our Commitment & Your Exclusive Remedy: If we must cancel for the reasons above, we will first attempt to provide a replacement guide or an alternative date. If a reschedule is not possible:

  • You acknowledge that certain third-party costs (like non-refundable entry tickets already purchased) may be deducted from the credit value.
  • You will be issued a Service Credit Voucher for the full value of your booking, valid for 24 months.
  • You will not receive a cash refund. This voucher is your sole and exclusive remedy. Reimagine Tours shall not be liable for any “consequential damages,” including but not limited to airfare, hotel costs, or other travel expenses incurred due to a tour cancellation.

Booking errors: We are not responsible for booking errors. Please read all ticket instructions carefully. For example: “Select only one ticket option. Do not combine.” When we receive a booking that includes more than one ticket option, we must assume you are booking for more people than allowed and therefore consider it a valid booking.

Cancellation Policy: Please read our 24 hour cancellation policy. https://reimaginetours.com/cancellation-policy/

No-Shows & Late Arrivals: All tours operate on a strict schedule. If you are not at the designated meeting point at the start time, your booking will be marked as a “No-Show.” No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for late arrivals.

C. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Policy

By placing a booking with Reimagine Tours® , you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions, including this Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Policy. You acknowledge that any form of chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute initiated through your bank, card provider, or payment platform without prior good-faith communication with Reimagine Tours® to resolve the matter shall be deemed a breach of contract.

Fraudulent or Misleading Disputes

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading chargeback or payment dispute — for example, claiming a tour or service was not delivered when it was — shall be considered an act of fraud. Reimagine Tours® reserves the right to report such activity to the proper authorities and pursue criminal or civil legal action where applicable.

Consequences and Liabilities

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you without valid cause or without giving Reimagine Tours® a reasonable opportunity to address the issue:

  • You remain liable for the full amount of the original booking.
  • You agree to reimburse Reimagine Tours® for all fees, penalties, and administrative costs incurred as a result of the dispute, including but not limited to:
    – Payment processor fees
    – Chargeback penalties
    – Legal expenses
    – Collection agency fees
    – Time spent responding to and managing the dispute
  • Reimagine Tours® reserves the right to forward unpaid balances to a collections agency or pursue legal action to recover the funds.
  • Your current and future bookings may be immediately cancelled without refund.
  • You may be permanently banned from booking future services with Reimagine Tours® .

Legal Enforcement

You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these terms, any payment dispute filed dishonestly, maliciously, or in breach of this policy may be enforced against you in the jurisdiction of Reimagine Tours® , and you may be held responsible for all attorney fees, filing costs, and damages incurred.

Resolution First

We are committed to customer satisfaction and request that all customers contact us directly for support. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly without third-party intervention.
